Longer Approval Time - Again?

The iTunes Connect site promises to review 95% of the submission in one business day. So it looks like that I'm falling into the unlucky 5%.

Right now I'm waiting for over a week already for my new book "Logic Pro X - The Details" and recently an update of another book took also a week for approval.

Is this statement or do other customer have more luck with a one day turn around?
